The Snowdrift Crabapple tree has pink buds that burst into a snowy white show in mid-spring. Glossy, deep green summer leaves change to yellow in the fall, and orange-red fruit persists through the winter, attracting the favor of feathered friends. The Snowdrift crabapples hang on the tree through the winter season. The fruit is also edible and can be used to make delicious jams and jellies.
